As a CEO coach and mentor, Andrew Jetson challenges business leaders and owners to view their issues and strategies from a different perspective. He helps them gain clarity of purpose to be able to make more confident and effective decisions. His mentoring approach focuses on purposeful innovation, sustainable strategies and accountability.

An accomplished business leader, Andrew comes from a diverse business background, from starting his career in finance to leading a multi-national commercial enterprise to his own FMCG distribution company and now a TEC Chair mentoring executives and CEOs from industry-leading organisations. His versatile experience spans a variety of industries, including; FMCG, beauty, textiles, publishing, and contract manufacturing. Many of the organisations Andrew has led have had significant retail and wholesale manufacturing operations, where he has been tasked with successfully optimising the business and team potential.

Andrew has faced many of the strategic challenges leaders face today, giving him a unique perspective to share when it comes to planning and achieving goals and delivering on high standards in tough economic times and markets. Throughout his career, Andrew has had many insights and stories that leaders can learn from and many impressive highlights, including:

  • Promoted to Vice President of AlbertoCulver Australia and New Zealand
  • Leading the Asia-Pacific markets, including China for Alberto Culver
  • Drove product performance from outside the top 10 into the number #3 position in the market
  • Managing Director for Sabre Corporation in Australia and New Zealand
  • Selling his FMCG distribution company to European giant Henkel
