BETTER LEADERS. BETTER FUTURE.

‘Being a TEC Chair gives me the opportunity to play an active part in so many incredible Australian businesses. The TEC group is truly collaborative and constructive. We discuss, debate and process issues facing individual organisations, whether internal, industry or economic challenges. Leaders never feel like they’re alone in making the big business decisions that will shape their organisation’s future.’

Vince Lendrum became a TEC Chair to help other CEOs do what he’s achieved in his career; become pivotal in the economic success of the regions and sectors in which they operate, and help ambitious business people fulfill their potential.

He has a unique breadth and depth of international business experience, in markets including the UAE, Japan, China, UK, India and Korea. This global experience, alongside his extensive career in Australian business leadership, enables Vince to bring balanced insight and perspective to domestic and international business opportunities.

Intensely results-oriented with an open, determined leadership style, Vince’s strength as a TEC Chair is being a catalyst for leaders to clarify their business ambitions and the strategies required to achieve them.

Business consulting and coaching has become a large part of Vince’s professional life. Beyond being a TEC Chair, he is also the Managing Director of Vince Lendrum Pty Ltd. Since early 2007, Vince has focused on expanding his own consulting, coaching and interim management business, which in turn led him to take on his first CEO role for ITC Limited, widely regarded as the most commercially successful controlled entity of any Australian University.
