Glen Parsons’ unique career trajectory has given him a keen eye for spotting frauds and getting to the truth. With a background in criminal and fraud-based investigations with NSW Police, Glen is experienced in complex criminal and business matters as well as in corporate and community stakeholder engagement. With his vast knowledge in solutions-focused business strategies, Glen is passionate about helping, guiding and inspiring CEOs and business leaders to grow their businesses.

Starting his career in the family business Glen progressed to a Criminal Investigations position in the NSW Police Force, culminating in a managerial position in major investigations. After 18 years of engaging with a broad cross section of the Hunter and Central Coast Regions corporate and public community, Glen developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in community-based advocacy.

More recently, a community-based position with a state-based charity has seen Glen develop expertise in strategies for engaging the Government and community groups. As a mentor, he is invested in helping CEO’s, business leaders and general managers strive for both business and personal success.
