‘I believe in the strength of leaders who actively contribute to each other’s success through mutual help, challenge and support. I’ve been fortunate to have worked alongside and been mentored by many high performing leaders who’ve supported my growth and fast tracked my career success. This coaching experience ignited my passion to develop and support other executives and has ultimately led me to becoming a TEC Chair.’
