The TEC experience: Part of it centres around your group of trusted peers, and the other part is just between you and your Chair.
Part One: Peer advisory group meetings
TEC works with you to find the right group fit, placing you in a group of other like-minded business leaders from non-competing industries. At group meetings your Chair facilitates open, confidential discussions with unbiased feedback to unpack the most pressing business and leadership decisions.
During meetings, TEC Chairs:
Ask the tough questions to prompt high-impact decisions.

Part two: One-to-one coaching and mentoring sessions
You will also engage in individual coaching sessions with your Chair, providing guidance tailored to your unique challenges and opportunities. All topics are open for discussion, both personal and professional. These sessions allow time to pinpoint significant issues and determine what to bring to the group for collective input and actionable plans.
Your Chair serves as a coach, mentor, advocate and confidant, dedicated to assisting you in achieving your goals and growth as a leader to become the best version of yourself.
