Sandra’s secret super-power is her ability to understand an organisation’s landscape quickly and identify ways to make it better.
Sandra is a strategy advisor, transformation specialist, experienced facilitator and coach, with over 25 years in senior management and consulting. She brings her experience from working with large corporations right through to start-ups in strategy design, implementation, and operations. Working across a broad range of industries, Sandra also has a long history in project/portfolio management, business improvement and optimisation on large-scale transformation and integration programs with complex stakeholder relationships.
As a certified Advisory Board Chair and business coach, Sandra also works with SMEs and business owners to grow their businesses, providing practical and actionable advice. Sandra also sits on a not-for-profit board and acts as a mentor in the start-up community. Career highlights include:
- Large-scale transformation – Establishment and management of global Program Management function, a global Corporate Strategy function and a corporate Data Analytics function.
- Strategic Planning – Facilitation of strategic planning for a wide range of organisations from start-up to global, across private and public sector.
- Experienced Business Coaching – Coached social enterprise start-ups, SME business owners in scale-up phase, right through to senior executives in multinational organisations.
