TEC is a fantastic group of people which provides on many levels to help grow your business. Trying to explain TEC is tough however as succinctly as possible I would describe it as a quasi- board of like minded people who have a non-invested objective peer advisory perspective chaired by an experienced consultant/coach.  As a Principal and Director of a law firm, the legal world is fast paced but getting the opportunity to learn from others who are like minded and from different industries gives you ideas and concepts to use to grow your business and help you as a business leader.  With my time in TEC the firm has expanded, we have a long term vision and plan in place and I have grown personally as a business owner.  The results speak for themselves’
