Mark Dickson is a Chartered Non-Executive Director and business coach with particular interests and expertise in leadership and governance in a global context.
A Fellow of both the UK Institute of Directors and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, he has a wealth of knowledge and experience in good practice governance; expertise developed both as an executive and as a director.
Also, Mark is a Non-Executive Director and past Chair of the Board of the Project Management Institute (PMI), a global association promoting the practice and the profession of project management; based in Philadelphia USA but with 300 Chapters representing over one million project professionals across 200 countries. PMI is a global business with annual revenues of $200 million and assets of $500 million. Mark has recently taken up a new Board position at RSL Lifecare in NSW.
Mark’s executive background in professional services provides widely diversified technical and business management skills across geography, industry and function. An experienced leader of multi-disciplinary teams for multi-faceted businesses, He is adept at delivering advisory services and multi-billion dollar programs in a global context. He enjoys multi-cultural team environments, having lived or worked in Australia, USA, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the Pacific.
Regularly provides keynote presentations to global conferences on the topics of leadership, governance and strategy implementation.
