Klaus Hahn innovates at the junction of functional business intersections. With a cross-functional German engineering and business degree, he learnt his trade in a complex manufacturing and technology multinational on four different continents. During this time, he refined his multicultural leadership and business development skill set and was an integral part in several post-merger integration and organisational change projects.
Creating win-win outcomes in difficult multifaceted and multicultural environments energises Klaus. His well-developed stakeholder and board room engagement unifies teams in a common vision. Klaus’ passion and enthusiasm drives outcomes and moves business cultures in entrepreneurial companies.
More than a decade ago Klaus moved into the privately owned business environment in Australia, leveraging government grant assistance and private equity networks in growth and succession change environments to the benefit of business owners.
Klaus most recently led a founder to a private equity succession transition project as CEO and shareholder in a national import distribution entity before becoming a TEC Chair in 2021. Highlights from his career include:
