Keith Brooks shines when working with business leaders who are as passionate about the growth and transformation of the organisations they lead as he’s been over this. His career has provided tremendous insights into change management and what it takes to steer a company through immense change.

As a TEC Chair, he works with his members to ensure they’re cutting-edge in their decisions and that they are supported, challenged, and held accountable in their day-to-day.

His experience in a wide variety of cultures and countries gives him the ability to understand local markets and bring out the best in every leader he works with.

Over his career, Keith has held President and Chief Executive positions in multi-national corporations across four continents and has shown exceptional leadership capability in a wide variety of cultures and countries.

Most notably, Keith was Vice President of Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, for pharmaceutical company Upjohn. Line responsibilities followed for 14 countries in addition to the regional responsibilities with a budget over US$1 billion.

Following a merger, Keith was appointed President and CEO of Pharmacia and Upjohn in Hong Kong, overseeing the company consolidation and the change of sovereignty with responsibility for China and regional South East Asia.

For the past 18 years, Keith Brooks has been assisting executives to reach their potential, grow their leadership and improve their company’s position. With experience as a senior executive in a multinational corporation, Keith has guided businesses through periods of growth and change. Keith’s professional highlights include:
