Jerry Kleeman has an extensive business background as a senior executive, CEO and board member. He now uses this experience to assist other executives in growing their organisations and becoming better leaders.

For the past 17 years, he’s been a Chair for TEC where he’s facilitated thousands of hours of group sessions and think tanks for high-performing CEOs and middle managers. These think tanks promote better leaders and help organisations outperform their competition.

Throughout his career, Jerry has been the Director of Sales for Fortune 500 companies, CEO for high-tech start-ups and has coached some of Australia’s top-performing executives. In recent years Jerry started Kleeman International which provides organisations with expertise in strategic planning, strategic human resources and mentoring. His career highlights include:
