Guy Clarke has over 29 years of experience in professional services, leadership development, IT and business creation across Australia and South East Asia. Guy began his career as a business lawyer at Thompson, King and Connolly where he spent 7 years performing a significant amount of court advocacy as a duty lawyer in the Children’s and Magistrates Court, conducting summary trials and committal hearings. Followed by 3 years practising commercial litigation, small business advice, partnership advice, insolvency and industrial law, administrative appeals tribunal applications and pre-trial conferences with clients and counsels at Dale and Fallu Solicitors. After 12 years practising law, Guy decided to move into the management consulting industry where he was the Manager of Corporate Services at QMI Solutions incorporating human resources, finance, IT / IS and facilities management, reported directly to the CEO and Board of Management.
Guy has held advisory board positions and served as Chairman of the Board of Management at Project Recreation disability group aimed at delivering sporting and recreation activities to people with intellectual disabilities as well as Non-Executive Director – QTA Board of Management at Queensland Touch Association Inc.
He successfully established two businesses and is currently the Managing Director of Veritas Mentors Pty Ltd, based on business consulting to the franchise industry and Morpheus Property specialising in buying, negotiating and bidding on commercial and residential property for clients in Queensland.
