Utilising his extensive skills and background in retail and business operations Brian mentors leaders of independently owned businesses and individuals providing a full range of performance improvement services focusing on increasing revenue and profitability, reducing costs and exceeding objectives.
Further to his previous experience as a Chief Executive and General Manager and roles in Business Operations, Customer Service and Sales and Marketing, key industries of expertise for Brian include FMCG, Construction, Retail, Wholesale, Media, and information technology.
As a successful entrepreneur, Brian has demonstrated his skills as an effective leader and communicator at all levels. He brings an accomplished track record in business planning, HR management, budget management, change management and sales management.
