A career as a senior advisor and board member to CEOs and business owners has instilled in Andrew Dick a clear purpose for working with business leaders to develop clear strategic business plans.

Leaning on his extensive experience, Andrew guides and supports leaders in companies of varying sizes to drive change within their industry. His collaborative approach focuses on engaging in discussion to help leaders grow both personally and professionally.

Beyond his experience as a specialised advisor across diverse industries including agribusiness and rural industry, other key industries of expertise for Andrew include Manufacturing, Professional Services, Building & Construction, Medical & Healthcare and Tourism.

During his time at the head of a large national network of leading fruit companies, Andrew led and managed strategic and operational planning, recruitment, and business and sales development, all with board reporting and accountability at the core.

Throughout his career, Andrew has continually sought new opportunities to help leaders, holding Board positions and maintaining long-term advisory roles with organisations. Other highlights include:

  • Promoted to Chair at Daylesford Macedon Tourism following a few months of service on the Board
  • Providing strategic business reviews, Chairing Boards of Management, CEO and staff mentoring to nem Australasia
  • Director of Plantation Planning Solutions, adding significant value to the farm planning process
  • General Manager of Australian Fresh Fruit Company (AFFCO) during the time AFFCO was recognised as Australia’s leading fruit network
