Stephanie Christopher

Stephanie is the Chief Executive Officer of The Executive Connection (TEC) across Australia and New Zealand. Stephanie is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years' experience in the corporate sector.

Prior to joining TEC, Stephanie was Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand for CEB SHL Talent Measurement, the largest global talent management and workplace consulting organisation. During her tenure at SHL, Stephanie guided the organisation through extensive growth and global best practice initiatives. Stephanie led the organisation through a merger with a key industry player as well as during the acquisition of SHL by CEB, the world’s largest membership based advisory company.

Previous to this, Stephanie was General Manager, Corporate Sales and Customer Service for Invus ANZ, a leading global healthcare company where she was responsible for successfully growing revenue, acquiring key clients and building a contact centre to support major marketing initiatives.
Stephanie has also held senior business development roles in the private sector, developing and implementing business development strategy and alliances, as well as account management of key clients. Prior to her corporate career, she had a clinical career as a speech pathologist.

Stephanie has completed an MBA with distinction from Deakin University and has over 15 years’ experience in Australian corporate human capital. She is an active member of Deakin University Alumni and Corporate Leadership ANZ and The Women in Global Business program.
She is also an experienced presenter and media commentator on leadership and workplace issues.

Stephanie believes the key to success for any organisation is a true understanding of the importance of leadership and the talent needed to achieve its objectives. A true leader can identify, engage and develop talent at an individual and organisational level while ensuring that there is a balance between developing and sharing a vision and execution.


Nigel Stoke

Nigel is the Non-Executive Chairman of The Executive Connection Pty Ltd (TEC), TEC New Zealand, Steps Leadership Programs, Executive Roundtable and Business Leadership Development. He is a Director and Senior Partner of the BLD Group.

Nigel is also the Executive Director and majority shareholder of Pandora Securities, a private company with activities in direct investment, private equity and business consulting.

Nigel sits on a number of private company Boards and is active in family business, family offices and acting as mentor for business owners and not for profit CEOs.

Nigel has been the CEO of a number of directly owned operating companies which have included businesses in metal fabrication, metal finishing, building and construction fit out, property development, the manufacture and distribution of white goods, and the fabrication of air movement products for the Heating and Ventilation Industry.

Previously, Nigel has held senior management roles in companies based in Australia, South East Asia, China, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Nigel is currently a member of TEC 2 based in Sydney, and was previously a long-term member of TEC 1.


Peter Wallace

Peter is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent advisory company. Endeavour Capital’s operations include acquisitions, business sales, directorships, succession planning and valuations.

Peter has over twenty-five years' experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses and has been a Non-Executive Director of over 30 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and retail.

Peter is Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed Ambertech Limited (audio and broadcast products) and until May 2012 was Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed Ideas International Limited (strategic IT marketing).

Peter has a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an Associate of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers, Registered Business Agent, Registered Business Valuer and Certified Practicing Business Broker.


Over the past 20 years', Stephen has successfully led three professional services firms in the legal and accounting professions.

Stephen has a demonstrated ability for developing and executing strategy and transforming businesses. Under his stewardship, Henry Davis York carved out a differentiated market position in the legal profession and developed a reputation as an outstanding employer. He strategically merged PPB Advisory with the Litmus Group, a management consulting business, and DibbsBarker with Dentons, the world’s largest law firm.  PPB Advisory/Litmus Group was acquired by PWC in August 2018.

He was a member of TEC for 10 years and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
