Congratulations to Michelle Sharp, CEO of Kilmarnock Enterprises.

Kilmarnock have been awarded both the Christchurch City Council Champion Business for Good and the Ara Institute of Canterbury Champion Workplace Awards – the largest business awards in the southern hemisphere.

The awards embrace the essence of everything that the business is about; using the tool of business to address some of the most complex social and environmental issues in the local communities.  The Kilmarnock team are together changing attitudes and empowering people.

Kilmarnock also received recognition for success with their Health & Wellness Programme; Flourish the Kilmarnock Way, and the Kilmarnock Academy. The Academy has seen 15 employees successfully complete and graduate with a Workplace Skills and Communication NZQA qualification, and a further 10 employees will graduate early next month.
