Haigh’s Chocolates celebrates South Australian Food Industry Award

Congratulations to Alister Haigh and the team.

Haigh’s Chocolates has claimed the Innovation in Business Award at the South Australian Food Industry Awards at Adelaide Convention Centre.

The industry award is for innovation and adaptability and Haigh’s received the award in recognition of its recently expanded $15 million state-of-the-art chocolate making production facility at Mile End  – the company’s largest investment this century.

The awards are conducted by a nomination process and judged by a panel of independent industry experts.

Haigh’s Chocolates Chief Executive Alister Haigh said, ‘We’re delighted to receive this award and to have the opportunity to celebrate South Australian business and achievements within the food industry.’

‘This caps a huge year for the company and our staff who do an incredible job on all fronts. The chocolate processing plant was a milestone project for Haigh’s and has already led to expansion through a fourth Sydney, which opened earlier this month.’

‘This award is testament to a great team that works tirelessly to promote the business and drive its success.’

‘Haigh’s continues to expand nationally through its stores and online, however, South Australia will always be the home of Haigh’s Chocolates.’
