Prior to TEC, Stephanie successfully guided CEB SHL Talent Measurement through extensive growth and global best practice initiatives as the ANZ Managing Director. She believes the key to success for any organisation is a true understanding of the importance of leadership and the talent needed to achieve its objectives.
Nigel Stoke, Chairman
Nigel is the Non-Executive Chairman of The Executive Connection (TEC), TEC New Zealand, Steps Leadership Programs, Executive Roundtable and Business Leadership Development. He is a Director and Senior Partner of the BLD Group. Previously, Nigel has held senior management roles in companies based in Australia, South East Asia, China, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
Peter Wallace, Director
Peter is the founder and Managing Director of Endeavour Capital, an independent advisory company. With over twenty-five years' experience in advising smaller and mid-sized businesses, Peter has been a Non-Executive Director of over 30 company groups in a wide range of industries including; biotechnology, distribution, financial services, healthcare, information technology, manufacturing, and retail.
Stephen Purcell, Director
Over the past 20 years', Stephen has demonstrated the ability for developing and executing strategy and transforming businesses. Under his stewardship, Henry Davis York carved out a differentiated market position in the legal profession and developed a reputation as an outstanding employer. He strategically merged PPB Advisory with the Litmus Group, a management consulting business, and DibbsBarker with Dentons, the world’s largest law firm. PPB Advisory/Litmus Group was acquired by PWC in August 2018.
