Tony knows what makes a successful organisation tick. Before launching his consulting business in 2005, he spent more than three decades leading large teams of people during a successful career in the education sector. Navigating complex interpersonal relationships and delicate scenarios is his specialty. Those skills have been honed over decades of voluntary service to community associations, business groups and charitable organisations.
His work as a workplace culture consultant sees him liaise closely with Senior Executives across many industries. Since launching The Culture Doctor® in 2009, he has successfully delivered change management programs to scores of businesses including local government bodies, professional services firms (engineers, environmental scientists and architects) as well as blue-collar businesses (an abattoir and a timber yard are among his previous clientele).
He is now in-demand as a national circuit speaker and media commentator. Cultural change, executive team development and organisational change are among his specialised areas of interest.
Tony has a strong academic base for his work. His doctorate (awarded by The University of Queensland in July 2009) focused on the sociology of change that drives human behaviour and has contributed to the already established academic knowledge that supports this philosophy.
